Role Description The Executive Assistant role at BGENT is a full-time, on-site position based in Vellore.

The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of presentations and reports. Daily responsibilities include handling correspondence, organizing travel and expense reports, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives. The role also involves coordinating internal communications, assisting with administrative processes, and acting as a central point of contact between executives, team members, and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Executive
Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, record keeping, and office organization.
Candidates should possess experience managing

Expense Reports and basic financial or budget tracking.Candidates should possess excellentCommunication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations), strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information and a professional, service-oriented approach.

Prior experience supporting executives or senior management is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.
Hindi is must any other languages

Freshers or maximum 2 year experience
salary will be around 15 k to 20 K max per month initially
Multi language preferably good

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
