Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer
We are building cutting-edge digital platforms that deliver seamless customer experiences at massive scale. Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and services.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Have worked on high scale matured B2C products and also have in-depth have developed of resilient and fault-tolerant system
Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ship features end-to-end.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain code quality across the team.
Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.
Able to close solution with cross team as per product requirement
Continuous Improvement
Identify technical improvements, optimize code for performance, and reduce technical debt.
Explore new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Ensure application security, stability, and reliability in production environments.
Candidate should solve problem being language and tech-stack agnostic.
Requirements
Education & Experience
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
8-12 years of experience in software development with a strong record of technical ownership.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Java 8+.
Solid understanding of REST APIs(Spring boot), microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching systems like Redis/Aerospike.
Solid understanding of different messaging systems like Solace & Kafka with experience in writing respective publisher & consumers.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Good communication and documentation skills.
