Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will play a key role in hiring talent across multiple business verticals and supporting the group's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all business verticals.
Draft and publish job postings on job portals and social media.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is an advantage).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.

Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 (including performance incentives)
Performance-linked growth based on hiring targets and quality of recruitment.
