What you will do:

Design, assemble and create overall Email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Segment databases based various parameters to perform different campaigns
Setup Drip communication strategies for different stages of a customer journey
Plan and design different CTAs for every template.
Test achievement of each campaign and determine KPIs at each stage
Evaluate campaign performance and suggest techniques for improvements.
Categorize and segment lists of people on the basis of past email engagement and website
interactions.
Make documentation and guides for processes, A/B tests and promotions that prevail through
email
Compose newsletters and updates on a weekly basis
Work closely with the Marketing teams as well as sales managers
Develop and update templates for our email/whatsapp utilizing graphics, illustrations,
personalization and propelled features
