Job Title: Tender Executive

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: [PARK STREET,KOLKATA]

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying opportunities, preparing documentation, and liaising with various government and private organizations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling and communicating directly with external parties, departments, and clients outside the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Search, identify, and track relevant tenders/bids from government portals, private companies, and other sources (e.g., GeM, e-Procurement portals, IREPS)
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines (technical & financial bids)
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, sales, operations) to gather required documents and pricing
Visit and communicate with client offices, government departments, and other organizations to submit documents, follow up on tender status, and clarify requirements
Build and maintain relationships with procurement officers and decision-makers at various organizations
Track EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), bank guarantees, and other financial requirements related to tenders
Maintain a proper record/database of submitted tenders, results, and follow-ups
Stay updated on new tender notifications and eligibility criteria
Handle post-tender formalities like agreement signing, PO collection, etc.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Science/Arts preferred)
1–2 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or business development (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel locally to meet clients/organizations
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic documentation
Familiarity with online tender portals is a plus
Presentable, confident, and able to represent the company professionally outside office

Skills Required:

Negotiation & liaison skills
Time management (deadline-driven work)
Attention to detail for documentation
Basic understanding of tender/bid processes
