Role Purpose
We are looking for a Product Engineer to build, improve and maintain modern software products including SaaS platforms, ERP systems, web applications, mobile applications and digital products.
The candidate will work closely with Product Management, UI/UX and QA teams to convert product requirements into reliable, scalable and user-friendly software.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain SaaS, ERP, web and mobile applications.
- Build frontend, backend, APIs, database functionality and integrations.
- Implement new product features according to approved specifications.
- Improve existing features, workflows, performance and usability.
- Work closely with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers.
- Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers to resolve defects.
- Review and improve application quality, security and reliability.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs where required.
- Investigate technical issues and production problems.
- Maintain clean, maintainable and documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and controlled deployment processes.
- Support product releases and post-release issue resolution.
- Suggest practical technical improvements to the product team.

Product Engineering Skills
The candidate should understand the complete product development cycle:
Requirement → Design → Development → Testing → Release → Monitoring → Improvement
Ability to identify product gaps, technical risks and better implementation approaches is an advantage.
Mobile & Web
Experience with both web and mobile application development is preferred.
Candidates with strong expertise in either area may also apply if they demonstrate the ability to work across product requirements and collaborate with other developers.

Qualification & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience preferred.
2+ years of relevant software/product engineering experience preferred.
Strong GitHub history, portfolio or demonstrable production projects may be considered in place of formal qualification.

Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, Assamese and other Indian regional languages.
Candidates who can communicate in multiple Indian languages will have an advantage.
