Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate TGT - Science specializing in Physics (M.Sc - Physics) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for board examinations (CBSE curriculum), guide them in lab experiments and fostering scientific inquiry.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, concept-driven lectures in accordance with the prescribed senior secondary curriculum.
- Laboratory & Practical Management: Conduct hands-on lab experiments, teach practical skills, and strictly enforce safety protocols.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board examinations and guide them with competitive exam strategies.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design tests, assignments, and practical evaluations based on CBSE curriculum. Grade work promptly and maintain accurate performance records.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Offer academic counselling, address individual learning gaps, and support appropriate guidance.
- Parent & Admin Communication: Periodically update parents on student progress during PTMs and collaborate with school administration.
- Use of engaging educational tools: Incorporate digital tools, smartboard technologies, visual aids, and interactive simulations into daily teaching modules.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
