Telecaller – Real Estate Open Plot VenturesCompany Description

Sri Dhakshita Infra Developers is a growing real estate company based in Visakhapatnam, specializing in open plot ventures and property development. We are committed to offering customers well-planned plot projects with a focus on quality, transparency, customer service, and long-term value.

Our team works closely with prospective buyers to provide accurate project information, understand their requirements, arrange site visits, and support them throughout the property-buying process. We believe in professional communication, customer satisfaction, teamwork, and consistent follow-up.

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our real estate sales team and contribute to our growing business.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Visakhapatnam.

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating interest in our open plot projects, explaining project details, answering customer queries, and following up with leads.

The role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their property requirements, providing information about available plot projects, and coordinating with the sales team to arrange site visits and customer meetings.

The Telecaller will also maintain accurate customer and lead records, conduct regular follow-ups, update lead status, and ensure that potential customers receive timely information and support.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for open plot projects.
Explain project details, location, plot sizes, pricing, amenities, and other relevant information to customers.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain proper lead records.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads, customer meetings, and site visits.
Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in company records or CRM systems.
Handle customer objections and questions in a polite and professional manner.
Convert interested prospects into qualified leads for the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak confidently and clearly with prospective customers.
Fluency in Telugu is preferred; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
Ability to explain real estate project details in a simple and convincing manner.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, spreadsheets, or CRM software.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with sales and marketing teams.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
Previous experience in telecalling, real estate sales, customer support, or lead generation is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Minimum educational qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
