Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Creative Head – Digital Marketing to lead our creative team and drive innovative digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters while developing high-impact creative strategies for branding and performance marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters.
Maintain high creative standards and ensure timely project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Campaign Strategy

Develop creative concepts and visual identities for digital marketing campaigns.
Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Ensure all creative assets align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

AI & Innovation

Drive the adoption of AI-powered creative tools such as AI video generators, automated voiceovers, and Midjourney.
Improve team productivity by integrating emerging AI technologies into creative workflows.

Brand Management

Ensure consistency and premium quality across all branding and marketing materials.
Review and approve creative deliverables before client submission.
Stay updated with the latest design, branding, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
1–2 years of experience leading a creative team.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, performance marketing creatives, and social media campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, AI video generators, and AI voiceover platforms.
Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and performance marketing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
