The Opportunity
We are looking for a Content Creator Intern who is creative, curious, digitally aware, and excited to build practical experience in content creation and brand communication.
This is not a passive internship.
You will have the opportunity to work on real content initiatives and contribute ideas across social media, digital storytelling, brand communication, marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and business-focused content.
You will work closely with relevant members of the Marketing, Growth, Business Development, and Creative teams to understand the company's products, services, audience, and communication objectives—and help translate them into engaging content.
The ideal candidate understands that effective content is not just about posting frequently.

Role Purpose
The Content Creator Intern will support LetzStepIn's digital and brand communication efforts by researching, planning, creating, adapting, and publishing high-quality content across relevant digital channels.
The role will contribute to strengthening brand awareness, communicating LetzStepIn's products and capabilities, showcasing industry insights and customer use cases, and building a consistent and engaging digital presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Storytelling
- Create engaging content for social media, digital marketing, and brand communication initiatives.
- Develop content ideas, concepts, hooks, captions, scripts, and storytelling formats aligned with campaign and business objectives.
- Create or support the creation of short-form videos, reels, carousels, static creatives, educational content, promotional content, and other relevant formats.
- Translate complex concepts related to technology, immersive experiences, digital transformation, branding, and business growth into clear and engaging content.
- Assist in developing content that communicates LetzStepIn's products, services, solutions, use cases, and brand story.
- Repurpose existing content, project material, business insights, and internal knowledge into platform-appropriate formats.
Social Media & Brand Communication
- Support content development for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Assist with content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Research platform trends, content formats, audience behaviour, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure content aligns with approved brand messaging, tone of voice, and communication standards.
- Support initiatives designed to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and digital visibility.
- Assist in monitoring comments, engagement, and audience feedback when assigned.
Video & Creative Production
- Assist with conceptualising and producing short-form video content.
- Support video editing, basic motion graphics, subtitles, thumbnails, and visual storytelling.
- Assist with photography or videography-related content requirements where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect visuals, project information, testimonials, updates, and other content assets.
- Help transform raw ideas or business information into polished, audience-friendly creative content.
Research & Content Strategy
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, customer behaviour, content formats, and relevant market developments.
- Identify content opportunities based on emerging conversations and audience interests.
- Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions.
- Contribute ideas for improving content quality, engagement, storytelling, and distribution.
- Support the development of content pillars and recurring content formats.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in tracking basic content performance and engagement metrics.
- Identify patterns in high-performing and low-performing content.
- Learn from audience behaviour and use insights to improve future content.
- Maintain organised records of assigned content, drafts, assets, and completed deliverables.
- Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines and quality expectations.

Equipment Requirement – Mandatory
Applicants must have access to their own reliable equipment for the duration of the internship.
At a minimum, candidates should have:
- A personal laptop or desktop computer in good working condition
- A functional webcam or camera
- A functional microphone
- A stable and reliable high-speed internet connection
- A smartphone with a functional camera, where required for assigned content creation activities

Stipend & Performance Opportunity
This internship may include:
- A monthly stipend ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹15,000 for exceptional candidates, depending on interview performance, demonstrated capability, role alignment, responsibilities undertaken, and overall contribution;
or
- A performance-based incentive structure, depending on the role, responsibilities, and business requirements.
The applicable compensation structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the selection process.
