Full job description

The above starting amount will be during the 6 - month provisional period only.

We are seeking an office coordinator to join our team at Sky-Sketch (India) to perform a range of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business's premises. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling front-desk tasks, including managing mail and forwarding phone calls.

Training & Salary Structure Provisional Period: 3 months at ₹10,000/month. Early hike possible for exceptional performers. Post 3 Months: ₹11,000/month based on performance After 6 months of Training: ₹12,000/month fixed, based on overall performance Travel Allowance: ₹50 per day of attendance or actuals, as applicable

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage travel requests from clients

* Preparing travel itineraries

* Book flights, hotels & Air tickets

* Provide exceptional customer service

* Ensure timely confirmations. Prepare and send emails & travel content on social media.

Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Minimum qualifications: 12th pass is mandatory; 0.5 to 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word and Excel with formulas. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under deadlines. Professional attitude with a pleasing personality. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Basic English language skills are required. Sound geographical knowledge of India and Southeast Asian countries. Eligibility Criteria: Age: 22 to 35 years only. We do not recruit candidates below 22 or above 35 years of age. Candidates must be physically fit to perform day-to-day work efficiently. We don't recruit students.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
