Role Overview
This Mumbai-based role is for an exceptional channel partner marketing manager who will work with focused resellers and distributors in the West region to grow HPE’s business mix and share of voice across Networking, Cloud, and AI. The Partner Marketing Manager will plan and execute development fund marketing programs with priority partners, translating HPE India geo channel priorities into high-impact joint marketing execution plans.

The role will drive measurable business impact by:
Grow HPE’s revenue and share of business with focus partners by creating demand-generation co-investment programs, including digital campaigns, programmatic media buying, website augmentation, content syndication, social media, lead generation, contact discovery, in-person events, industry sponsorships, enablement, and customer reference programs.
What you’ll do:
Your Key Responsibilities
Partner marketing planning, execution, and reporting: Support the planning, management, and ROI tracking of marketing activities for resellers and distributors, with planning cycles ranging from quarterly to half-yearly.
Build strategic relationships with assigned partners, especially their marketing teams and senior leaders such as MDs, CEOs, and co-founders. Serve as HPE’s primary marketing contact, keeping partners aligned on HPE’s strategy and plans through quarterly joint marketing planning.
Ensure regular marketing training for partners around areas like HPE messaging, campaigns, Marketing assets, HPE guidelines. Maintain a strong posture on controls and ethics.
What you need to bring:
About the candidature

Bachelor’s degree in any area related to marketing or business
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in industries related to Cloud Computing, Networking, Data, Security and AI.

Fluency in English language

Past work experience should include managing and running channels focussed campaigns across segments like SMB and Mid Market, ISVs

Proven track record in driving marketing metrics across - pipeline generation, channel satisfaction, funds utilisation, martech adoption, AI adoption etc

Good understanding of channel structures and channel sales dynamics

In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools

Experience in developing and driving strong outcome-oriented relationships with partners, especially utilizing DF (Dev Funds) programs

Excellent written/ oral communications and analytical skills

Comfortable with hybrid work arrangement which includes a mix of remote, onsite with partners, at events and in HPE premises. Ability to travel for work.
