Full job description

Scalex IT Solutions, Kochi, is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Callers to join our outbound voice process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, introducing our products/services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided databases/leads.
Introduce and explain the company's products and services clearly to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or sales calls for the business development team.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and business development teams for lead handover and follow-up.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Provide regular feedback regarding customer responses, requirements, and market trends.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Knowledge of Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
Good conversational and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive telephone communication.
Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions effectively.
Good listening and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead-management systems.
Ability to handle repetitive outbound calls while maintaining communication quality.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Previous experience in telecalling, outbound sales, customer support, lead generation, BPO, or inside sales will be an advantage.
Candidates with 1–3 years of outbound calling/sales experience will be preferred.

Number of outbound calls completed.
Qualified leads generated.
Appointment/demo bookings.
Lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Sales conversion.
Follow-up completion rate.
Customer interaction and call quality.
Achievement of monthly targets.

We are looking for candidates who are:

Candidates with a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to confidently communicate with prospective customers will be given preference.

Salary: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Immediate joiners/candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
