About the opportunity
GHC UK Ltd is building a multi-brand B2C and B2B ecommerce operation and is looking for a talented Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to join our team remotely.
We are happy to consider experienced candidates based in the UK or India, including candidates with strong ecommerce/digital experience from Kerala, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and elsewhere.

What you will do
This is a hands-on role working directly with senior management, our internal team, developers and external marketing specialists.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max
- Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising
- Google Merchant Center
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Ecommerce management
- SEO and content
- Email marketing and automated customer journeys
- Salesfire or similar conversion/automation technology
- Affiliate marketing
- Influencer and creator marketing
- CRM and customer segmentation
- Remarketing and customer retention
- B2B lead generation
- Product feeds and ecommerce merchandising
- Conversion-rate optimisation
- Marketing reporting and analytics
- International ecommerce
- Coordinating agencies, developers, freelancers and specialist consultants
Odoo / Shopify / Ecommerce
We are currently developing our ecommerce and operational infrastructure around Odoo 18.
Experience with Odoo ecommerce/CRM would therefore be particularly valuable.
We will also consider candidates with strong experience in:
Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento / other major ecommerce platforms.
You do not need to be an Odoo developer. We have technical resources for development.
However, you should understand how ecommerce, CRM, marketing, product feeds, stock, customers and analytics work together.
Activewear Group
One of the first projects will be helping us restore and grow the digital marketing operation of Activewear Group following its acquisition by GHC UK Ltd.
There are existing historical marketing assets and accounts that need to be understood and developed, including Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, Merchant Center, email/customer journeys, Salesfire, product feeds, audiences, pixels and other digital assets.
We want someone who first asks:
“What do we already have and what does the data tell us?”
rather than immediately recommending that everything is rebuilt.
B2C + B2B
This is not purely a consumer ecommerce position.
We are developing both B2C and B2B.
Our plans include customer-specific pricing, B2B customer portals, online quotations, repeat ordering, CRM, lead generation and supporting external sales representatives with a strong internal digital operation.
Previous B2B marketing experience would be valuable.
Affiliates and Influencers
We want to significantly develop affiliate, influencer and creator marketing.
Experience identifying and managing affiliates, publishers, influencers, creators and content partnerships would be particularly interesting.
Most importantly, you must understand the difference between generating likes/impressions and generating profitable sales.
International Growth
We want to develop opportunities outside the UK, particularly:
USA | Canada | Australia | New Zealand | Europe
Experience running international ecommerce or digital campaigns would be an advantage.

You do not need to be an expert developer.
You also do not need to personally be the best SEO specialist, Google Ads expert, Meta specialist, influencer manager and developer.
We will use specialist resources where appropriate.
We need someone capable of coordinating these activities, understanding the numbers, challenging suppliers and making sure everything works together commercially.
Remote working – UK & India
This is a remote position and we are specifically interested in strong candidates from both the United Kingdom and India.
For candidates in India, excellent spoken and written English is essential.
You must also be comfortable working directly with a UK management team and have sufficient working-hours overlap with the UK.
We are looking for a long-term member of the team, not simply somebody wanting to pick up occasional freelance projects.
Ownership of company accounts
An important principle within GHC is that company digital assets remain under company control.
Google, Meta, Analytics, websites, domains, CRM, advertising accounts, data, intellectual property and other core assets will remain company-controlled, with employees and specialists receiving the access required for their work.
