Additionally, you will manage front-desk responsibilities such as handling mail, WhatsApp correspondence, and forwarding phone calls. The position offers a net salary of ₹10000 to ₹11000 and growth prospects. After the 6-month probation, your basic salary will be ₹12,000 plus other benefits, like leave and incentives, totalling approximately ₹15,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally. Maintain a tidy, presentable front desk area with the necessary stationery supplies. Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records. This is a target-based role.
Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is a 12th pass, and the candidate must be a fresher. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication. The candidate must be flexible to travel on short notice for business meetings, seminars, road shows, or sales promotion trips, as required by the company.
