Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven professionals who can generate business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close sales for our Digital Marketing and IT services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, WhatsApp, email marketing, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients across different industries.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and technology solutions.
- Present company services professionally.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales trackers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for project handover.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

EligibilitySales Executive
- Freshers can apply.
- 1-2 year of sales experience preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Business Development Executive (BDE)
- 1–3 years of experience in IT or Digital Marketing sales.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Business Development Manager (BDM)
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing sales.
- Experience handling enterprise clients and managing complete sales cycles.
- Ability to mentor junior sales executives is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Digital Marketing or IT Services.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and AI solutions.
- An existing business network will be an advantage.
Office Timings
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: As per company policy
- Sunday: Weekly Off
Salary
As per experience + Attractive Performance Incentives + Sales Commission
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
