Job Description
The Leader - Workforce Management & Insights is a senior leadership role within the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) organization responsible for defining and executing the enterprise workforce strategy to enable business growth, workforce agility, and operational excellence. The role leads workforce planning, talent supply-demand management, fulfillment, workforce analytics, reporting, and governance to ensure the organization has the right talent, skills, and capacity to meet current and future business needs. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the incumbent drives data-led workforce decisions, optimizes talent investments, and enables workforce transformation through actionable insights.
Workforce Strategy, Planning & Fulfillment

Define and execute enterprise workforce strategy aligned to business objectives.

Lead workforce planning, forecasting, capacity management, resource optimization, and talent fulfillment.

Drive workforce readiness, utilization, mobility, and skills-based workforce deployment.

Advise senior leaders on workforce risks, opportunities, investment priorities, and talent strategies.
Workforce Analytics, Reporting & Insights
-
Lead enterprise workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, KPI governance, and workforce intelligence capabilities.

Establish a single source of truth for workforce metrics through strong data governance and reporting standards.

Deliver predictive insights, scenario planning, and trend analysis across demand, supply, utilization, fulfillment, workforce costs, skills, and talent mobility.

Drive automation, digitization, and self-service reporting to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Translate workforce data into executive-ready insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
Talent Supply Chain Governance & Transformation

Establish workforce policies, operating frameworks, governance processes, and allocation standards.

Lead governance forums and executive reviews to drive accountability and performance.

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Capability, L&D, Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to optimize talent supply outcomes.

Drive workforce transformation initiatives, process modernization, and continuous improvement across the Talent Supply Chain.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build and lead a high-performing workforce management, analytics, and insights organization.

Influence enterprise decisions through data-driven workforce intelligence and strategic recommendations.

Serve as the executive point of contact for workforce planning, talent supply strategy, and workforce insights.

Scalable, analytics-led Talent Supply Chain operating model with strong reporting and governance.

Improved workforce forecasting accuracy and demand-supply alignment.

Increased utilization, fulfillment effectiveness, workforce productivity, and talent mobility.

Extensive leadership experience in Workforce Planning, Resource Management, Talent Supply Chain, Workforce Operations, or Strategic Workforce Transformation.

Strong analytical expertise with experience in workforce intelligence, reporting, predictive analytics, and business insights.

Proven ability to lead strategy-to-execution transformation programs and drive enterprise-wide change.
