Job Description – Token Generation Executive (SRO)

Position: Token Generation Executive
Department: Operations / Registration Services
Location: Mogappair West, Chennai
Experience: 0–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Token Generation Executive will be responsible for generating and managing appointment/registration tokens for customers visiting the Sub-Registrar Office (SRO). The role involves verifying basic customer and document details, entering information accurately into the system, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth token processing.

Key Responsibilities

Generate registration/appointment tokens based on customer requirements and available slots.
Collect and verify required basic information and documents before token generation.
Enter customer and property/registration details accurately into the designated system.
Ensure all information is complete and free from data-entry errors.
Explain the token/appointment process and required documentation to customers.
Coordinate with SRO staff and customers regarding token status, timing, and corrections.
Maintain daily records of tokens generated, cancelled, rescheduled, and completed.
Handle customer queries related to token generation and appointment procedures.
Identify discrepancies in submitted information and escalate them to the appropriate team.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and registration-related information.
Follow SRO procedures, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to token generation and customer processing.

Required Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma; degree in any discipline preferred.
0–3 years of experience in data entry, customer service, documentation, registration, or government-office operations.
Basic computer knowledge and good typing/data-entry skills.
Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and web-based applications.
Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle customer-facing responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with SRO/registration/property documentation processes.
Knowledge of online appointment/token-generation systems.
Understanding of basic property registration terminology.
Good numerical and documentation skills.
Ability to work under time pressure and manage high customer volumes.

Accuracy of token generation and data entry
Number of tokens processed within the required time
Customer service and query-resolution efficiency
Compliance with SRO procedures
Accuracy and completeness of daily records
Timely reporting and documentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
