Frontend Developer (Next.js Specialist)

Mandatory Work From Office

SunTec India is looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Next.js to join our team. The role involves working on a web applications and high-performance, SEO-friendly marketing websites, focusing on reusable architecture, dynamic routing, and optimized user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and React.js
Implement Static Site Generation (SSG) and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) for performance and SEO
Convert static HTML pages into reusable, component-based architecture (e.g., service cards, forms, UI modules)
Develop dynamic routes for scalable page structures (e.g., service categories, hiring pages)
Optimize website performance including page load speed and Time to First Byte (TTFB)
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces
Integrate REST APIs and manage data-driven UI rendering
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–4 years of experience in frontend development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js
Good understanding of SSG, ISR, and dynamic routing in Next.js
Experience with component-based development and reusable UI architecture
Familiarity with REST API integration
Working knowledge of SEO best practices for frontend applications
Experience with Git/version control systems
Exposure to Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks (preferred)
Good understanding of performance optimization techniques
