Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Tech Services worldwide. We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX, and other regional and local regulations). Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world. To reach our goals we have organized our model around 7 main pillars:

Main Responsibilities:
This position is a senior role responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful execution of all release management activities related to Integration changes (interfaces) across Opella’s global ecosystem. This includes:
· Coordinate end-to-end release activities for all integration-related deployments, ensuring execution quality, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation according to the integration governance process.
· Prepare, maintain, and communicate the integrated release calendar for all interface deployments across the Integration Platforms.
· Perform detailed readiness checks, ensuring all prerequisite activities, build, testing, documentation and approvals are fully completed prior to release execution.
· Oversee the creation, validation, and execution of release plans, including rollback strategies, dependency management, and release sequencing.
· Act as the primary point of contact during release windows, coordinating cross-functional teams (Integration, Infra, SAP, project teams, vendors) to ensure smooth deployment.
· Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality requirements related to Integration deployment activities (GxP, SoX, InfoSec, data privacy).
· Coordinate post release validation and ensure defects/issues are properly tracked, assessed, and resolved.
· Contribute to continuous improvements in release processes, including automation, documentation, monitoring, and communication practices.
· Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to provide visibility into release performance, trends, and future capacity needs.
· Foster strong collaboration with project managers, product owners, developers, testers, and operational support teams.
· Promote and advocate best practices in Integration release management, ensuring consistent execution across all markets and platforms.
· Own and evolve the integration catalog as the main artifact repository for Interfaces.
About You:
Technical Background Required
· 10+ years of experience in Release Management, Integration technologies, or similar roles supporting complex enterprise landscapes.
· Good understanding of Integration technologies, API lifecycle, messaging patterns, middleware concepts, and interface operations.
· Proven experience planning and coordinating releases within enterprise environments, ideally including cloud and hybrid architectures.
· Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD principles, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
· Experience working with highly regulated sectors or compliance-driven environments is a strong plus (GxP, SoX, InfoSec).
· Good understanding of infrastructure, networking, and application dependencies relevant to interface deployments.
· Familiarity with modern digital technologies: Cloud platforms (Azure), API gateways, iPaaS, DevSecOps, Infra-as-Code, observability tools, etc.
· Excellent communication abilities to articulate release plans, risks, and impacts to technical and business stakeholders.
· Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP integration processes, is a plus.
