We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive – International to support our international marketing and business development initiatives, with a primary focus on the US market.
The role will involve identifying and managing influencers, KOLs, content creators, affiliates, and business partners to build brand awareness, increase product visibility, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, fluent English, an understanding of social media and digital marketing, and an interest in international e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and recruit KOLs, influencers, content creators, affiliates, and business partners in the US and international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, and other marketing partners.
- Conduct creator outreach through email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Evaluate creators based on audience, engagement, content quality, relevance, and potential business value.
- Handle partnership communication, negotiations, collaboration proposals, product seeding, and campaign execution.
- Develop influencer and creator collaboration strategies based on product characteristics and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate product samples, campaign requirements, content deliverables, timelines, and other collaboration activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, sales, and ROI.
- Maintain accurate records of creators, partners, campaigns, communications, and performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or other tools.
- Identify opportunities for affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and social commerce to increase sales.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of international campaigns.
- Monitor trends across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, e-commerce, influencer marketing, and digital marketing.
- Research competitors and international market trends to identify new marketing and business opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate campaign results and optimize creator selection, partnership strategies, and outreach approaches.
- Communicate effectively with international partners and coordinate with teams across different time zones.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, International Marketing, or Cross-border E-commerce.
- Familiarity with international social media and creator platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of influencer/creator outreach and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to research and identify suitable influencers, creators, affiliates, and business partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients, creators, and partners across different time zones.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
- US or international market experience.
- Influencer/KOL/creator marketing.
- Affiliate marketing or partnership programs.
- Existing relationships with influencers, agencies, MCNs, or creator communities.
- Cross-border e-commerce.
- Amazon US, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
- International brand marketing.
- CRM tools such as HubSpot, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Experience tracking marketing campaigns, conversions, sales, and ROI.
Experience with any creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce platform is welcome. Training will be provided for platform-specific workflows.Key Skills
