Full job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in Motion Graphics and UI/UX Design to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating visually engaging designs, intuitive user experiences, and high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop branding materials, marketing content, website/app interfaces, and interactive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics for digital and print media.
Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos.
Design intuitive and user-friendly UI for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups based on user requirements.
Ensure a seamless user experience by following UI/UX best practices.
Create visual assets for social media, presentations, advertisements, and branding.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, and video editing.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is an added advantage.
Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or UI/UX Design.
Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
