Job Title: Staff Nurse (M/F)

Location: Job Title: Staff Nurse

Location:Saraswati Narayan Hospital,Udaipur

Department: IPD/OPD/Emergency

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (M/F) to provide high-quality patient care. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, assisting doctors, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols
Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
Assist doctors during procedures and examinations
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
Handle emergency situations efficiently
Ensure infection control practices and hygiene standards
Educate patients and attendants about treatment and care plans
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other staff
Maintain discipline and professional behavior within the hospital

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Preferred: Experience in IPD, ICU, or Emergency

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Patient care and empathy
Ability to work in shifts
Basic computer knowledge
Teamwork and coordination

Working Conditions:

Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
Weekly off as per hospital policy
Duty in wards, ICU, or emergency as required
