Performance Marketing & E-commerce Marketing Manager

Location: Noida

Experience: 5–6+ Years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and growth-oriented Performance Marketing & E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across online marketplaces and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketplace marketing, paid media, and digital growth strategies, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Meta, and Google.

This role is purely marketing-focused and does not involve marketplace operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, or catalog management.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Marketing

Plan and execute marketing strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to improve visibility, traffic, and sales.
Drive participation in platform-led campaigns, seasonal events, and promotional opportunities.
Monitor marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROAS, ROI, and customer acquisition.
Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, A/B testing, and creative optimization.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficient customer acquisition costs.

Brand Growth & Digital Strategy

Develop integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence across digital channels.
Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and growth channels.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional content.
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Analytics & Reporting

Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
Track KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Use data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce Marketing.
Hands-on experience managing advertising on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, PPC, paid media, and digital growth marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and other marketing analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with D2C, consumer electronics, or consumer brands.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
