Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with patients in Russian through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Identify and engage with potential patients from Russia and other Russian-speaking markets.
Understand patients' medical requirements and collect relevant medical documents/reports.
Explain available medical services, treatment options, procedures, and next steps in a clear and professional manner.
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and internal medical teams regarding patient requirements.
Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with patients throughout the treatment process.
Assist patients with documentation and coordination related to their treatment.
Build trust and maintain a strong relationship with Russian-speaking patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on inquiries/leads.
Coordinate with the marketing/business development team to improve patient acquisition from Russian-speaking countries.

Requirements:

Fluent Russian — speaking .
Good English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is a plus.
Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, patient coordination, international patient services, or customer relationship management is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information professionally and confidentially.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable communicating with patients remotely through phone and digital channels.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
