Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, and other outreach methods.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for website, app, CRM, and software development services.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical team.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or IT services (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage daily follow-ups.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and MS Excel is a plus.
Eligibility
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 0–1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
Compensation
- Salary: ₹7000-₹10,000 per month (during the initial phase)
- Performance Incentives: Attractive commission on successful project closures.
