Ltd. is engaged in providing offshore business support services to Medline Industries, LP & its global associate companies in the area of Information Services, Finance & Business processes Management. Responsibilities:
- Rebate Calculation and Processing:
- Utilize financial data and systems to accurately calculate customer rebates according to established agreements and terms.
- Review and verify rebate claims submitted by customers, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to rebate calculations.
- Agreement Clauses interpretation and setting up in Vistex basis the same
- Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Communicate effectively to ensure all parties are aligned on rebate program details, changes, and timelines.
- Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and concise explanations as needed.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and enhance the rebate calculation and processing procedures to streamline operations and minimize errors.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy in rebate management.
- Team Mentorship:
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to junior rebate analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development among team members.
- Assist in resolving complex issues and escalations, leveraging your experience to guide the team toward effective solutions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze rebate data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights to management and stakeholders regarding rebate program performance.
- Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations related to rebate processing.
- Assist in audit processes by providing accurate documentation and explanations of rebate calculations and activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in rebate analysis and processing.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives preferred.
