As an Executive Assistant within the Business Support Team, you will:
Executive & Stakeholder Support - Deliver seamless support to senior leaders through effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
Expense & Administrative Governance- Process expenses, reimbursements, and administrative activities in line with company policies, controls, and governance standards.
Travel, Meetings & Event Management-Manage complex travel arrangements, executive meetings, diaries, events, visitor access, and logistics with accuracy and efficiency.
Operational Excellence & Prioritisation-Handle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Work effectively across global teams and time zones, build strong relationships, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.

This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To manage the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing other administrative support as needed.
Accountabilities
- Management of senior executive members calendars and overseeing their timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.
- Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring timely and efficient travel for the executive.
- Proactively anticipating the needs of the senior executive, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
- Management of day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies, annual leave records management, distribution list management and organisation management tasks.
- Management and facilitation of senior executive members meetings.
