About Us

About the Role

Constelli Signals is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for defense and mission-critical applications. The role involves close collaboration with product teams, developers, and clients to design effective solutions for complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive UI/UX for defense and mission-critical applications.
Convert requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI consistency.
Design dashboards, data-rich interfaces, and operational workflows.
Collaborate with developers, product teams, domain experts, and clients.
Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews, and user feedback sessions.
product thinking and UX best practices to solve complex problems.
Use AI tools to improve design efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating structured thinking and High Fidelity UI.
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Good understanding of design systems and modern UI design.
Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ownership.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience with enterprise, dashboard, or defense-related applications.
Familiarity with AI-powered design workflows.
