How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Works closely with senior management of the business to develop and implement medium to long-term HR solutions aligned with business and people strategy. The role is focused on HR consulting and coaching, addressing significant people and cultural issues, and providing expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment, including hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards. May enable business change by supporting talent aspects of organizational structure changes and talent integration related to mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, act as an advocate for HR programs by communicating business value and managing program rollouts to minimize disruption. Collaborates with business leaders and talent management, staffing, and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives such as workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support team, with direct impact on the immediate- or short-term operational results of a functional area. May include supervising Professional employees in large vertical areas of the business, offshore resources and/or contract resources.
Responsibilities typically include:
- Scheduling and resource allocation.
- Setting day-to-day operational objectives and KPIs for team.
- Handling routine problems, ensuring compliance policies and procedures are understood and followed.
- Spends less than 20% of time performing the work supervised.
- Delivers operational results that have some impact on the achievement of team results.
- Does not have budget or P&L accountability but may manage day-to-day elements of the budget (e.g., overtime for staff).
- Provides input on resource planning and policy development.

Coaches team members on performance, completes employee evaluations.
- Responsible for adjusting or recommending enhancements in procedures and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.

Associates Degree or equivalent and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
