Job Description
In this role, you'll be responsible for all the activities related to I2C domain Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent To post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for the amount lying in suspense account Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. per predefined rosters Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Coaching and grooming of team members to build a strong and efficient team Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses Eye for Detail and High level of accuracy Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
1. Execute Sales infodesk activities across assigned markets or scopes
2. Perform daliy MIS reporting Sales, SEM & D&SP reports to all stakeholders
3. Support Scheme & Docount (VISA) creation and sales MIS preparation
4. Ensure first‑time‑right delivery of Sales & D&SP MIS outputs within defined SLAs
4. Maintain compliance with approval workflows, controls, and documentation standards
6. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and branch Info‑Desk teams for issue resolution
7. Support audits, reconciliations, and month‑end activities
8. Prepare working template and incorporate changes
9. Stakeholder Management and tracking , self audit of MIS reporting
Section Details Educational Qualification Graduate in Commerce/Business/Finance. MBA preferred. Experience 2–5 years in Sales Admin, MIS Reporting, O2C, or FMCG Sales Support. Exposure to Shared Services / GBS environment preferred. Functional Skills Strong understanding of sales systems and O2C processes. Hands-on experience in SAP and downstream sales systems. Technical Skills Advanced Excel (Pivot, Dashboards, Automation). Power BI for reporting and visualization. Automation tools: Power Apps, Power Query, KNIME. Data Skills Data validation, reconciliation and reporting accuracy. Ability to analyze data and provide business insights. Process Knowledge Understanding of scheme/discounts, retailer payouts, reporting cycles. Knowledge of order management, credit control, supply chain linkage. Exposure to BCP and process standardization. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management. Escalation handling and resolution management. Behavioral Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Proactive, ownership-driven and improvement-focused.
