Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Demand Generation Specialist to support our SMB and Startup markets across APAC. This role is pivotal in driving event execution, marketing operations, and lead management while ensuring campaigns are localized, compliant, and pipeline-focused.
You will work closely with marketing leads, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality demand generation programs that directly support business outcomes. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy, and highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-regional environments and can combine execution discipline with stakeholder finesse.
Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing

Design and execute demand generation campaigns that capture and nurture leads across the funnel, from awareness to conversion.

Partner with sales and business development teams to align on campaign objectives, targeting, and lead-handling processes.

Track campaign performance and optimize activities to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI.

Event Programming & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and execute 60–80+ physical and virtual events annually across India, including webinars, workshops, and grassroots activations.

Manage logistics, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

Oversee specialized community activations for startups and developers, leveraging ecosystem knowledge.

Campaign & Content Operations

Support campaign adaptation and content curation to meet local market and partner needs.

Validate assets for compliance with brand and messaging standards.

Localize marketing efforts to align with sub-regional strategies and audience preferences.

Lead Management & Reporting

Manage on-ground lead capture at events, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data collected.

Track leads through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Vector), coordinating with automation teams for effective lead routing.

Ensure timely and accurate follow-up to maximize pipeline conversion and sales impact.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Act as an operational bridge across multiple internal teams and external partners, facilitating collaboration and alignment.

Maintain strong relationships with startup ecosystems, incubators, and regional stakeholders to enhance program reach and effectiveness.

Provide transparent reporting and campaign updates to managers and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Essential
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or event execution, preferably in tech, IT, or cloud sectors.

Strong understanding of event operations, campaign execution, and lead management workflows.

Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker) for pipeline tracking and performance analysis.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.

Analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers and campaign performance data.
