Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Sourcing and Procurement The Senior Manager Sourcing and Procurement will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies supplier relationship management and procurement operations for key categories. This role will ensure cost optimization supply continuity risk management and drive value across the supply chain while aligning with overall business objectives. Responsibilities: - Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: - Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned spend categories (e.g. - direct materials indirect spend services CAPEX). - Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal cost quality and service. - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost savings. - Build category plans that align with stakeholder needs and corporate goals. - Supplier Relationship & Performance Management: - Develop strong partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Monitor supplier performance through KP Is and scorecards. - Resolve supplier issues and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place. - Procurement Operations & Compliance: - Oversee end-to-end procurement process ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal Finance Operations and Engineering. - Identify and implement process improvements and procurement best practices. - Team Leadership - Manage and develop a team of sourcing and procurement professionals. - Provide guidance coaching and performance feedback to drive a high-performance culture. - Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment. - Financial Management - Deliver on annual savings targets and cost avoidance goals. - Develop budgets and forecasts for assigned categories. - Track and report procurement metrics to senior leadership.
