Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Solution Design & Implementation
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PP implementations, covering Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) scenarios
Design and configure production planning solutions including MRP, capacity planning, shop floor control, and demand management
Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and align business processes with SAP Best Practices
Workshop & Stakeholder Leadership
Independently lead innovation and process improvement workshops with business stakeholders
Translate complex business requirements into effective SAP PP solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for PP-related decisions during transformation projects
Cross-Module Integration
Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, QM, PM, and EWM modules
Manage IDoc configuration and EDI interfaces with customer and supplier ERP systems
Collaborate with ABAP developers and middleware teams for custom enhancements and data migration
Project Delivery
Oversee unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing for PP processes
Support cutover planning and execution
Provide hypercare and post-go-live support
Team Leadership & Governance
Mentor junior PP consultants and drive knowledge transfer
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project documentation standards
Review functional specifications and configuration deliverables for quality
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This is a client onsite project and will be operated exclusively from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
