Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support end-to-end Lead Management lifecycle including lead capture (Web-to-Lead), data validation, routing, and conversion processes.- Assist in maintaining and monitoring Lead Assignment Rules and ensure timely and accurate lead distribution.
- Execute marketing campaigns and support campaign setup in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Perform regular data quality checks, cleansing, and deduplication in Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain basic reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track leads, campaigns, and performance metrics.
- Support marketing analytics activities using UTM parameters and Google Analytics data.
- Assist in building reports and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for data and campaign execution support.
- Support segmentation and list creation for campaigns using Salesforce data.
- Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce and marketing operations.
- Identify data inconsistencies and escalate issues to senior team members with suggested improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Relevant years of experience in Salesforce/CRM, marketing operations, or data analysis roles.- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce lead management processes including web-to-lead and lead conversion.
- Understanding of Salesforce reports and dashboards creation.
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics including UTM tracking and Google Analytics.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Salesforce certification is a plus but not mandatory.
