Key Responsibilities

Responsible for outlet development, relationship management, and in-store product merchandising within the assigned city/territory.

Execute sales plans and work closely with distributors to achieve business targets, including distribution, sales-in/sales-out volume, net sales revenue, CAA&P, and market share.

Motivate and manage distributor performance, and conduct regular business reviews and market visits to build and maintain relationships with key customers.

Monitor distributor execution of distribution and sales growth initiatives.

Promote and share detailed information about the company's brands.

Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure Campari China maintains a competitive advantage.

Effectively execute trade marketing and in-store activation programs developed by the Marketing team.

Manage travel and entertainment expenses efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Promote and demonstrate responsible drinking practices when interacting with customers.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in spirits sales and distributor management.

Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good English proficiency is an advantage.
