We are seeking an experienced Citrix EUC Architect to lead the assessment and optimization of enterprise-scale Citrix DaaS environments deployed on AWS, driving architecture improvements, operational maturity and end-user experience across the platform.

Responsibilities

Assess the existing Citrix DaaS estate deployed on AWS EC2 and identify gaps in architecture, configuration, resilience and operational maturity
Lead end-to-end optimization across the Citrix DaaS environment to improve scalability, stability, performance and user experience
Review and tune NetScaler (ADC) configurations including gateway, load balancing, traffic management and secure connectivity patterns
Improve Citrix StoreFront configuration, store design, authentication flows and high-availability patterns
Define and document Citrix DaaS best practices across architecture, configuration, operations, monitoring, maintenance and image lifecycle
Establish and refine operational patterns for day-2 operations, including monitoring, maintenance, image management and platform support
Collaborate with the WorkSpaces team to ensure alignment across Citrix DaaS optimization and Amazon WorkSpaces deployment activities
Capture optimization findings, recommended target state, configuration baselines and runbooks for handover, governance and audit readiness

Requirements

13-20 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in Citrix DaaS architecture, configuration, optimization and operational patterns for enterprise-scale EUC environments
Expertise in Citrix NetScaler (ADC) including gateway configuration, load balancing and secure access patterns
Knowledge of Citrix StoreFront covering store design, authentication flows and high availability
Hands-on experience assessing and optimizing Citrix estates deployed on AWS using EC2-based architecture and cloud-aligned operational models
Understanding of EUC architecture best practices, desktop delivery patterns, monitoring, maintenance and day-2 operations
Advanced experience in performance profiling and tuning across session, network, client and application layers
Understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework principles with focus on reliability, performance efficiency and operational excellence
Experience defining architecture recommendations, configuration baselines, optimization findings and operational runbooks for enterprise customers

Nice to have

Familiarity with Amazon WorkSpaces, Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting
Background in Active Directory integration with Citrix
Skills in EC2 Image Builder or Packer and AWS Systems Manager (SSM)
Broader AWS EUC optimization experience
