Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all marketing activities to increase product and service sales, strengthen brand recognition, and generate qualified customer leads. The role involves both online and offline marketing, campaign management, team coordination, performance analysis, and collaboration with sales and management teams to achieve business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management
- Develop and implement brand-building strategies.
- Increase brand awareness across digital and offline platforms.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and communication.
- Improve the company's market positioning and reputation.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Plan marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Create strategies to increase patient appointments, product sales, and course admissions.
- Improve lead conversion through optimized marketing funnels.
- Monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).
Digital Marketing
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Improve website traffic and online visibility.
- Plan and execute email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and SMS campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Plan promotional campaigns and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Product & Service Marketing
- Develop marketing plans for skincare, haircare, wellness, and aesthetic services.
- Launch promotional campaigns for new products and services.
- Prepare product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic teams for campaign execution.
Market Research
- Analyze competitors, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Identify customer needs and buying behavior.
- Recommend new marketing opportunities and business growth strategies.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise the marketing team.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, digital marketers, videographers, and sales teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and product launches.
- Execute online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Optimize spending to maximize campaign performance.
- Track marketing expenses and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing tools.
- Present insights and improvement plans to senior management.

Coordination

Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in Healthcare, Dermatology, Cosmetics, Wellness, Beauty, or Aesthetic Clinics will be preferred.
