Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Handler, Videographer & Video Editor to manage our brand's social media presence through engaging content creation and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be skilled in planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
Write engaging captions and coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and visual identity.

Content Creation

Design and deliver 20 social media posts per month.
Create 4 high-quality Reels per month.
Design 4 carousel posts per month.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content requirements and campaign briefs.

Videography

Plan and execute 3 shoot days per month at designated locations.
Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio during shoots.
Capture high-quality photos and videos suitable for social media and marketing purposes.

Video Editing

Edit videos for Reels, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, music, and color correction where required.
Deliver edited content within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Knowledge of current social media trends, short-form video content, and storytelling techniques.
Basic photography and videography skills, including camera handling and lighting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly content deadlines.

Monthly Deliverables

20 social media posts
4 Instagram/Facebook Reels
4 carousel posts
3 planned shoot days
Timely publishing and management of all approved content
Monthly performance report with content insights and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in social media management, videography, and video editing.
Experience working with brands, agencies, or content-driven businesses.

Performance Metrics

Timely delivery of all monthly content.
Quality and creativity of posts, reels, and videos.
Engagement growth across social media platforms.
Adherence to brand guidelines.
Effective planning and execution of monthly shoots.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
