Key Responsibilities for QA Executive - Factory role to manage the QA activities with the QA team.
General:
- Should be willing to work with Fish, meat, Seafood in a processing setup, flexible working hours and travel at short notice and be a willing learner to implement quality procedures in routine work and document the outcome
Job Description – Inline QA and Documentation Supervisor
Product Quality:
- Manage product quality during entire process flow, verify that all process control parameters are being followed and documented at all times
- Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiency after consultation with the HACCP team and achieve set objectives
Safety Procedures:
- Inspect products and follow process from beginning to end to ensure all products meet safe quality standards of the FSMS
- Enforce all company GMP's, health and Safety policies and procedures to produce the highest quality food product efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and improve FSMS, SOPs, SSOPs, Quality Control Plans, HACCP Plan In-line QA documents and related documentation
- Conduct process evaluations, internal audits, and testing to meet food safety and legal requirements
- Review and maintain documents for RM, PM, FG specifications, GMP, COA, and audit reports
- Identify non-conformities, ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Develop new and improved quality procedures and ensure adherence on the shop floor
- Monitor External microbiology lab testing, sampling, and reporting as per internal procedures
- Oversee calibration of measuring and testing instruments
Vendor & Supplier Quality
- Evaluate and audit suppliers/vendors to ensure raw material compliance as per the regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the procurement team for vendor improvement
Training & Development
- Conduct FSMS and quality training for factory team, delivery team, retail team and QA staff
- Prepare training materials, conduct evaluations, and maintain records
Customer Complaints & RCA
- Support customer service in handling and analyzing customer complaints
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and prepare review reports
- Review complaint trends and prepare weekly/monthly QA dashboards
Reporting & KPI Monitoring
- Track and report quality KPIs and food safety performance to top management
- Prepare data analysis and reports on product quality and system performance
Hub & Retail Outlet Visits for Audit
- Travel occasionally for supplier audits, internal Hub/Retail audits, QA implementation, and training across locations
Travel: Some travel will be required within the region and nationally as per requirement
IT Skills: Basic computer skill of MS Office is a must
Language: Regional/English and Hindi proficiency is required
Experience: 1-2 years in relevant domain of Poultry/Seafood processing or RTE/RTC/Frozen Food manufacturing in Industrial kitchen setting

- Support the on-time release of finished products and raw materials and provide compliance guidance during regulatory inspections and corporate audits
- Evaluate and approve raw materials and finished products, ensuring organizational and industrial guidelines and specifications were followed
- Determine disposition of all nonconforming material including raw materials, in-process work and final assembly
Process Improvement:
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process improvement opportunities and work with the FSMS Team to implement change
