Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Corporate Travel Ticketing Operations

Job Summary

Sharp Travels India Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Deputy General Manager – Corporate Travel Ticketing Operations to lead and manage our corporate travel operations team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in domestic and international air ticketing, team management, client relationship management, process optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Corporate Ticketing Operations team.
Oversee end-to-end domestic and international ticketing operations.
Ensure timely and accurate bookings, reissues, refunds, cancellations, and fare calculations.
Handle escalations from corporate clients and provide prompt resolutions.
Monitor team productivity, service quality, and operational KPIs.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners for commercial benefits.
Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
Prepare operational MIS reports and management dashboards.
Support business growth by collaborating with the Sales and Account Management teams.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Corporate Travel Ticketing Operations.
Expertise in Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong client handling and escalation management abilities.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience in Corporate Travel Operations.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a DGM role.
Experience in handling large corporate accounts and ticketing operations.
Proven experience in leading operational teams and driving process improvements.
