Overview
Gallagher's Center of Excellence is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Campaign Specialist for the GCoE Business Enablement vertical. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and analyzing data-driven marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs. You will play a key role in building the market, not just managing it, by creating ICP-aligned buyers, tracking buying signals, and connecting data to pipeline outcomes.
You will oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution while mentoring junior team members. Your expertise in tools like Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Brite Verify, and Demand Tools will be critical in driving campaign effectiveness, maintaining data health, and optimizing database management.
As a Senior Campaign Specialist, you will focus on owning data end-to-end, auditing, validating, and maintaining CRM data to prevent decay. You will leverage buying signals to create actionable triggers for sales map accounts for full buying group visibility, and demonstrate the impact of campaigns on sales outcomes through advanced reporting and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset. You will foster collaboration across teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality data and campaign delivery to support Gallagher’s growth and organizational goals.
How you'll make an impact
The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for building the market by identifying and targeting Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)-aligned buyers using tools such as Outreach, Salesforce (SFDC), ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator. This includes developing tailored campaigns that align with Gallagher’s insurance solutions, risk management strategies, and organizational wellbeing offerings.
Own Data Health End-to-End: The role requires owning data health end-to-end by regularly auditing CRM data for accuracy and completeness, validating contact and company information using third-party tools, maintaining records through automated workflows in Outreach, and proactively preventing data decay by setting up alerts for inactive accounts or contacts.
Track Buying Signals: The specialist will track buying signals such as job changes, funding announcements, mergers, acquisitions, or new product launches using tools like Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. These signals will be turned into actionable triggers for sales by automating workflows in Outreach to notify sales teams and create personalized outreach sequences.
Mapping accounts, not just leads, is a critical responsibility, requiring the identification of all stakeholders in the buying process, including decision-makers, influencers, and gatekeepers, using Outreach and SFDC. Account-based marketing (ABM) strategies will be employed to target the entire buying group.
Connect Data to Pipeline: The specialist will connect data to the pipeline by using Outreach reporting and analytics features to measure the impact of data on pipeline progression. Metrics such as lead conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue growth will be tracked to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Analyze Campaign Data: Campaign data will be collected and analyzed using tools like SFDC, GWIN, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to provide actionable insights that support marketing strategies and decision making processes. Detailed reports on campaign performance will be created using data from Sales Navigator, SFDC, and Outreach, ensuring accuracy and relevance in pre-sales projections and post-sales outcomes.
Develop Reports & Dashboard: Dashboards will be built and maintained using SFDC, Outreach, and other visualization tools to monitor campaign metrics, KPIs, and sales performance effectively.
Data enhancement and management will involve using tools like ZoomInfo, BriteVerify, SFDC, and Outreach to oversee data enrichment requests, ensuring the quality and accuracy of marketing databases. This includes lead and contact uploads, proper categorization, and maintaining up-to-date records.
Provide Strategic Insights: Database management processes will be optimized by removing duplicate entries, managing unsubscribe requests, and updating owner details and engagement categories using SFDC, GWIN, and Outreach. This ensures clean, compliant, and well-maintained databases to support marketing and sales efforts.
Optimize Database Management: The specialist will deliver strategic insights based on data analysis from tools like SFDC, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach to support campaign planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals. They will take ownership of their workload by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and implementing feedback to continuously improve processes and enhance data.
