Commerce Faculty (B.Com / BBA / Aviation Management)

Job Summary
Vision School of Aviation is seeking an experienced and passionate Commerce Faculty to deliver high-quality instruction to undergraduate and diploma students. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a student-centric approach to teaching. The faculty member will be responsible for academic excellence, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions for Commerce subjects such as:
- Financial Accounting
- Corporate Accounting
- Cost & Management Accounting
- Business Economics
- Business Law
- Income Tax & GST (Basic)
- Financial Management
- Principles of Management
- Business Communication
- Entrepreneurship Development
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct regular assessments, examinations, and timely evaluation of answer scripts.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and classroom discipline.
- Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
- Maintain academic records and submit reports within prescribed timelines.
- Participate in curriculum planning and academic improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head and Centre Head regarding academic activities.
- Support admission counselling during seminars, education fairs, and student interaction sessions whenever required.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, training programs, and institutional events.
- Ensure compliance with university and institutional academic standards.
- Utilize digital teaching tools, LMS, MS Office, and presentation software effectively.
- Encourage students to participate in projects, presentations, and skill development activities.
Qualification
- M.Com (Mandatory)
- NET/SET, Ph.D., or MBA will be an added advantage.
- B.Ed. is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong academic background with excellent subject knowledge.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience in a College, University, or Higher Education Institution.
- Experience in teaching B.Com, BBA, or Management students is preferred.
- Exposure to Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and university examination systems will be an advantage.

Salary
Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
