ReDial Clinic (Reversing Diabetes with Lifestyle Management) is one of India’s pioneering physician-led centres focused on reversing chronic metabolic disease — not merely managing it. Our story is one of real transformation — and it deserves to be written well. We're looking for an experienced Content Writer who can turn our clinical work, patient journeys, and medical expertise into words that educate, build trust, and grow our community across digital and print platforms.
THE ROLE
This is not a generic copywriting role. You will be the voice of India's leading metabolic disease reversal clinic — working closely with doctors, nutritionists, fitness coaches, and real patients to write content that is medically accurate, easy to understand, and genuinely useful to people managing chronic conditions. With 4+ years of experience, you will be expected to work with minimal supervision, take ownership of content quality, and ensure every word that goes out under the ReDial name is clear, credible, and compelling. You will report directly to the Marketing/Founder's team and have real ownership over ReDial's written voice across platforms.
CONTENT AREAS YOU'LL OWN
Patient Success Stories — interviewing patients and writing authentic, well-structured before/after reversal narratives (Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, PCOS, Fatty Liver)
Medical Education Articles — simplifying complex topics like insulin resistance, medication tapering, and lifestyle medicine into clear, accurate blog posts and guides
Social Media Copy — writing captions, scripts, and hooks for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms in collaboration with the content/video team
Website & SEO Content — writing and updating website pages, landing pages, and blog content optimised for search and conversions
Email & Patient Communication — drafting newsletters, patient education material, and follow-up communication templates
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Write clear, accurate, and engaging long-form and short-form content across blogs, website pages, social captions, and patient education material
Interview patients and clinical staff to gather material for success stories and case studies, with sensitivity and consent protocols followed at every step
Collaborate with the Doctor, Nutritionist, and Fitness Coach to translate clinical concepts into content that is medically accurate and easy for a lay audience to understand
Research and write SEO-friendly blog articles and website copy that improve ReDial's visibility and credibility online
Write scripts and captions for video and social content in coordination with the Content Creator and design team
Maintain a consistent tone of voice and editorial standard across all written touchpoints — website, social, email, and print
Proofread and edit content from other team members or freelancers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
Maintain a content repository of patient stories, FAQs, and educational material for reuse across campaigns
Ensure all medical claims and terminology are reviewed and approved by the clinical team before publishing
Independently manage writing timelines and deliverables with minimal day-to-day supervision
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
4+ years of experience writing content for healthcare, wellness, or a similar consumer-facing brand
Strong portfolio of published writing — blogs, articles, website copy, or social captions — demonstrating clarity and range
Excellent written English with strong grammar, structure, and storytelling skills
Ability to simplify complex medical or technical concepts for a general audience without losing accuracy
Working knowledge of SEO writing principles and basic keyword research
Comfortable interviewing patients and clinical staff to gather material for stories, with empathy and discretion
Demonstrated ability to manage writing deliverables and deadlines independently, with minimal day-to-day direction
Preferred — Strong Advantage
Prior experience writing for healthcare, wellness, fitness, or nutrition brands
Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress or similar) and basic SEO tools
Experience writing for multiple formats — long-form articles, social captions, email, and video scripts
Personal interest in health, fitness, or nutrition — helps in writing content that feels authentic and informed
Experience editing or mentoring junior writers or freelancers
