We are building AI-first products that help businesses automate workflows, create content at scale, and improve operational efficiency. We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can grow our online presence, build our brand, and turn content into business opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll own our entire social media presence—from planning and creating content to publishing, community management, and performance tracking. You’ll work closely with our founders, design team, and AI content team to create engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and leads.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
Write compelling captions, hooks, and content tailored to each platform.
Publish and schedule posts using social media management tools.
Monitor trends and create timely, relevant content.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
Track analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Work with influencers and creators for collaborations.
Brainstorm campaign ideas for product launches, announcements, and marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with platform algorithms and industry best practices.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Metricool, Later, or similar.
Understanding of Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills

Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar.
Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Paid social advertising experience.
SEO and content marketing knowledge.
