As we continue to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and well-presented Banquet Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Ideal Candidate Profile
◆ Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality (hotel, resort, or banquet environment strongly preferred)
◆ Graduates in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline
◆ Individuals with a flair for client engagement, convincing communication, and relationship-building
◆ Candidates who are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and corporate interactions
◆ Well-groomed, professionally presented individuals who can represent the brand with confidence and poise
◆ Must own a valid two-wheeler with a driving licence for client visits and field assignments
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Inquiry Management
◆ Handle inbound inquiries received via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms in a prompt and professional manner
◆ Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, networking, field visits, and referral programmes
◆ Maintain a structured lead database and pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion tracking
◆ Qualify prospects based on event requirements, budget, and timeline, and route them appropriately through the sales funnel
2. Client Meetings & Venue Presentations
◆ Schedule and conduct venue site visits for prospective clients, delivering a compelling and personalized tour of Celebration's event spaces and facilities
◆ Present customized event proposals including venue layout, menu options, and pricing structures
◆ Address client queries, objections, and special requirements with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking
◆ Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Operations, Décor) to prepare accurate and detailed event quotations
3. Corporate Sales & Presentations
◆ Identify and pursue corporate clients for MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), product launches, annual dinners, and team events
◆ Prepare and deliver professionally designed PowerPoint presentations tailored to the corporate client's industry and event objectives
◆ Represent Celebration Banquet at corporate networking events, trade fairs, and industry exhibitions as required.
4. Field Sales & Client Visits
◆ Conduct field visits to prospective clients at their offices, residences, or business locations as needed
◆ Ensure all field interactions reflect the brand values of Celebration — professional attire, punctuality, and courteous conduct
◆ Submit daily field visit reports and activity logs to the reporting manager
5. Relationship Management & Retention
◆ Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and brand loyalty
◆ Follow up post-event to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction, using insights to strengthen future proposals
◆ Maintain a structured CRM record of all client interactions, preferences, and communication history
◆ Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless handover of confirmed bookings and client briefings
6. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
◆ Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for banquet bookings and revenue
◆ Prepare weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates for management review
◆ Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, providing periodic insights to the sales leadership team
