Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a focus on offshore markets to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling products or services to clients located offshore, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth in offshore markets.

Exp : At least 2 years of successful sales experience with a focus on offshore markets.

Job Location : Mira Road , Mumbai , India

Qualification :

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of offshore markets, including market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and knowledge of other languages relevant to the offshore market is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to different business environments and cultural contexts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough research on offshore markets, identifying potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients in offshore regions through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, becoming a trusted advisor in offshore markets.
- Understand client needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set for offshore markets.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements for both the company and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, sales pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Gather market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within offshore regions.
