EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - MEDIA & MARKETING

Catepilla Child Development Center is an AI-powered pediatric neurodevelopment center dedicated to helping children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Our multidisciplinary team combines modern technology with evidence-based therapy to help children achieve meaningful developmental progress.
We are looking for a smart, creative, organized, and proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple areas including media, marketing, operations, parent communication, and business growth.
This is a high-ownership role with significant learning opportunities and direct mentorship from the founders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Content Creation
· Edit educational videos, therapy demonstrations, podcasts, testimonials, interviews, and promotional content.
· Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and other digital content.
· Add captions, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and branding.
· Organize video assets and maintain the digital content library.
· Coordinate video shoots with therapists and the marketing team.
2. Social Media Management
· Manage Catepilla's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
· Prepare monthly content calendars.
· Schedule posts and maintain consistent online presence.
· Write captions and optimize content for engagement.
· Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
· Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
· Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
3. Parent Enquiry & Admissions Support
· Respond professionally to enquiries from prospective parents.
· Explain Catepilla's therapy programs and services clearly.
· Follow up with interested families.
· Coordinate sessions and appointments.
· Maintain enquiry and admissions records.
· Ensure a positive first experience for every family.
4. Executive & Operations Support
· Assist the founders with day-to-day administrative tasks.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
· Maintain documents, presentations, reports, and digital records.
· Follow up with vendors, therapists, and internal teams.
· Support workshops, awareness events, and outreach programs.
5. Marketing & Business Growth
· Assist in executing marketing campaigns.
· Coordinate branding initiatives and promotional activities.
· Build relationships with schools, doctors, and community partners when required.
· Support outreach programs that help increase awareness about Catepilla.
· Generate ideas to improve brand visibility and parent engagement.
Required Skills
· Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
· Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Photoshop).
· Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with parents.
· Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
· Basic understanding of social media marketing.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
· Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· Experience in video editing, digital marketing, content creation, customer support, or operations.
· Fresh graduates with an excellent portfolio and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
· Experience in healthcare, education, child development, or service industries will be an added advantage.
Training Provided
No prior knowledge of pediatric therapy is required.
Selected candidates will receive structured training on:
· Catepilla's therapy programs.
· Child development basics.
· Professional communication with parents.
· Internal workflows and systems.
· Brand guidelines and content standards.
