Documents in all relevant records as per hospital policy.
Ensures to take inventory of back up medicines, high-alert, instruments, equipments etc.
Ensures to take inventory for crash cart and to keeps it ready to use.
Implements emergency life resuscitative measures.
Documents patient care in a manner that is clear, complete,and concise and in compliance with nursing documentation standard.
Ensures adherence to accreditation protocols.
Practices infection control protocols to protect patients from acquiring or spreading infections.
