Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer Intern - Indirect Purchasing to support our Procurement team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in purchasing, supplier management, sourcing, and procurement operations while working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily purchasing activities for indirect materials and services.
Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up with suppliers on order status, confirmations, and documentation.
Maintain procurement records, supplier data, and purchasing reports.
Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolution of routine procurement issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support purchasing requirements.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Support supplier onboarding and administrative procurement tasks.
Contribute to process improvement and data quality initiatives.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply

Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a
related field.

Strong interest in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
